No, Samara & Co does offer same day delivery. 

We focus on eco-friendly delivery by delivering once or twice a week to reduce the number of trucks carrying our items.

The tracking number was provided to you when your order was sent to you.

Check your inbox (or junk mail) to find the confirmation email that your package was on its way. There you will find all the delivery and tracking information.

Delivery information was provided to you by email when your package was processed. You can track its movement and know the expected date of delivery.

You can enter your promo code (or gift card), when you enter your information in your shopping cart. Enter your promo code in the field and click Apply to see your discount.

Samara & Co prioritizes an eco-friendly delivery approach by shipping orders once or twice a week. Once your order is prepared and shipped, the standard estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. 

Delivery times may vary but are mostly done in 2 weeks or less! Our team works hard to deliver your ordered products as environmentally friendly and quickly as possible.

Delivery fees are different depending on the amount of your purchase and the province in which you are having the package delivered.

Samara & Co offers free standard delivery on all purchases valued at $75 or more (before taxes and after rebates) delivered in Quebec. For orders under $75, a flat fee of $10 will be added for delivery.

For deliveries made in other provinces of Canada, standard delivery is free on all purchases greater than or equal to $120 (before taxes and after discounts). For orders under $120, shipping fees will vary on the shipping type (Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Canada Post Xpresspost)

In order to make your return, please contact our customer service department with your full name, order number, item to be exchanged and reason for return. We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
