It all started in 2004 when CHANV was born thanks to Manon Letarte, a qualified herbalist and cosmetologist, who made her own body care products. Passionate about the benefits of nature, it was love at first sight for what is today considered the best vegetable oil for skincare: hemp oil.

LOCAL & ECO

Hemp oil used in CHANV skin care products comes from plants and seeds grown and processed by experts in the Quebec region of Mauricie. They operate the only cold-pressed oil press in Quebec. Chanv use hemp seeds (bio – without GMO) associated with a traditional technique of growing and harvesting. Its rotational culture without inputs (pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers) ensures you the highest standards of quality and nutritional value.
